Customer satisfaction is my mantra! As a service technician my mission is to provide timely and effective service for customers. To do so, I need my customer’s job information in real-time with instant access to inventory, part ordering, and other mission-critical business processes while in the field.
Mobile access to my backend systems and real-time communications with dispatch enable me to be more responsive, better prepared, and more productive in the field. Using Antenna’s AMP Service solution, I no longer lose precious time filling out paper work or calling dispatch and support for updates. And while on site, I always have access to important data, whether in or out of wireless coverage, helping me to deliver the best customer service.
